We are seeking a skilled and passionate Professional Coach for Career Advancement to join our team at Ingeus. This role will play a vital part in empowering individuals to unlock their potential and achieve sustainable employment.
About the Role
As a Restart Advisor, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and lead to meaningful employment. You will work collaboratively with participants, employers, and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional support and achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with participants to understand their needs and develop personalized action plans that address complex challenges and varied obstacles.
- Meet and exceed performance targets by continuously improving strategies and seeking input from colleagues and external partners.
- Signpost participants to internal and external services addressing needs such as debt management, mental health, and career coaching.
- Ensure participants have well-crafted CVs, supporting statements, and cover letters tailored to their strengths and goals.
- Prepure participants for interviews through mock interviews and assessment activities, helping them build confidence in their abilities.
- Maintain accurate electronic participant records reflecting the broad spectrum of support offered, from coaching through to employment placement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and delivering against and exceeding performance targets.
- The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potential.
- Strong experience in engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation driving positive change.
- Exceptional communication skills, inspiring and influencing participants while addressing their diverse needs with flexibility, robustness, and creativity.
- Flexible and creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- High-level digital literacy and excellent organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
