Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Lead workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Maintain effective communication with the team, utilizing strong interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is £65,000-£70,000 per annum, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience. Requirements and Qualifications

Proven experience in continuous improvement roles, focusing on engineering, spare parts management, preventative maintenance, and equipment ownership.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
