About This Opportunity
This Talent Development Advisor Opportunity is an exciting chance to join our dynamic HR team at Hire Ground. As a key player in our learning and development department, you will be responsible for coordinating external and mandatory training, ensuring that all training records are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop professional relationships with external training providers and apprenticeship providers to identify opportunities to maximise the learning offer for staff in the most cost-effective way.
- Implement and monitor departmental inductions, ensuring timely completion of reports and liaison with Line Managers regarding training and developmental needs.
Requirements
We are seeking an individual who has strong IT knowledge and skills to manage multiple systems, with essential experience of LMS and HR systems. They should also be able to develop professional relationships with external training providers and apprenticeship providers.
What We Offer
You will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, plus a great benefits package. The role offers 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work one day a week from home after six months. The location is Central SW London.
