About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Apprenticeship Advisor to manage the yearly program of all learning activities across Canada Life. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational processes, policies, systems, and tracking of budgets. They will also run learning projects and lead the day-to-day coordination of learning programs, including logistics, liaison with key relationships, advertising, and promotion.
The ideal candidate will be the expert on the learning module on SuccessFactors, championing its use, coaching others to use it, and simplifying processes. This includes face-to-face, remote, and online learning as well as any internal apprenticeship programs.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
