About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting apprentices to achieve their goals? Do you have excellent organisational skills and a talent for monitoring progress? If so, we would love to hear from you! As an Apprenticeship Support and Progress Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our apprentices receive the best possible support throughout their programmes.
Main Accountabilities
- Plan and schedule high-quality progress monitoring and review activity for an allocated apprentice caseload
- Monitor apprentices' participation in off-the-job training and ensure they meet programme requirements
- Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress and performance data
- Contribute to the development of effective on-boarding activities for new apprentices
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement safeguarding best practices
