We are seeking a talented Art and Craft Tutor to join our team at HMP & YOI Bronzefield, the largest women's prison in Europe. The successful candidate will have a passion for art and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of prisoners.
About the Position:
- You will be responsible for teaching art and craft skills to learners, assisting them in achieving a recognized Art & Crafts/Business Enterprise qualification.
- You will also be responsible for planning, creating, and developing a range of products under the prison brand, including cards, jewellery, and bags.
- In addition, you will contribute to course reviews and setting and monitoring action plans, attending team meetings to evaluate progress and promote good practice.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 per annum, and the contract will run until January 2026.
