About the Role
As a Life Skills Coach, you will work closely with our team to support individuals in developing essential life skills and achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach new life skills to promote independence and confidence.
- Assist with personal care and encourage participation in community activities.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our service users.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role starts at £12.00 per hour + enhancements. You will also receive enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply) and premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply). In addition, you will have access to a funded Blue Light Card and Wagestream, allowing you to draw upon up to 40% of your pay as it is earned.
Requirements
- A Full UK Driving Licence is required to drive company vehicles.
- No prior experience is necessary; we are looking for someone with a genuine caring attitude and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for others.
