About the Role
The School of Arts & Creative Industries at Teesside University seeks an experienced and skilled Senior Lecturer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good honours degree and higher degree, preferably Ph.D., in Art Psychotherapy, along with significant practical and research experience.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing learning, teaching, and assessment within the academic discipline of Art Psychotherapy. They will also contribute to the university's growing research activity, undertake scholarly activity, consultancy, and establish effective liaison with external organisations.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment within the academic discipline of Art Psychotherapy.
- Contribute to the university's growing research activity, undertaking scholarly activity, consultancy, and establishing effective liaison with external organisations.
- Develop and deliver curriculum design, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance of learning and teaching.
- Teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including postgraduate supervision.
- Apply a flexible and collaborative approach to working and the dissemination of best practice.

Requirements
- A good honours degree and higher degree, preferably Ph.D., in Art Psychotherapy.
- Significant practical and research experience in Art Psychotherapy.
- Excellent theoretical understanding of Art Psychotherapy and current emerging platforms and practices.
- Ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including postgraduate supervision.
