In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality group and individual interventions to offenders, promoting confidence and a positive mindset through structured programs and personalized support.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a target-driven environment with the ability to drive performance through focused performance management.
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by offenders / ex-offenders in reintegrating into society and the ability to manage challenging behavior.
