Job Description

Develop and implement effective action plans to support participants in achieving their goals.
Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and support to participants through regular 1:1 meetings and group interventions.
Work closely with participants to identify their learning needs and create tailored training and intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify individual learning needs and create action plans.
Plan training and other interventions for each participant.
Develop interaction with participants and establish a rapport and supportive relationship.

About You:

You have experience working with offenders, or those disaffected and marginalised from mainstream services, in training, guidance, advice, and counselling environments.
You possess strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
You can work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on successful achievement of outcomes for participants.
