With recent investments and internal development, the company is looking for a strong leader to oversee and implement new L&D strategies and programmes across the site.
This is an excellent opportunity to join Permanent Futures as a
Learning and Development Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading learning and development activities within a FMCG | Food Industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and developing Learning and Development strategies, programmes, and training across the site.
- Leading and coaching the site training team.
- Managing the site apprenticeship scheme.
- Working with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you will need prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programmes.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
