As a Senior Client Engagement Consultant, your main objective is to meet or exceed company sales revenue targets. You will achieve this by developing bespoke training programmes aligned to our large apprenticeship levy-paying clients' specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exploring procurement opportunities and keeping up-to-date with trends and opportunities in your sector.
- Developing and delivering persuasive business pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Utilising various sales channels to foster new client relationships in your sector.
- Meeting or exceeding new business sales targets.
- Developing and continually enhancing business proposals and marketing resources.
- Actively managing your accounts to ensure high satisfaction levels and maximise sales opportunities.
- Contributing positively to a community-centric culture, magnifying our goal of making a difference in the world of education and business.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in consultative sales, ideally within the skills and apprenticeship sector.
- Proven track record in generating new business, managing accounts effectively, problem-solving, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications.
- GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
- A driving license and access to a car with business-use insurance for travel purposes.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience in project management.
- Proven track record of successful bid/tender writing; self-writing or managing the function.
- Familiarity with ESFA funding rules.
- Experience with marketing and design, with advanced Excel skills.
