Role Description
We have full-time and part-time opportunities for Lecturers/Assessors at Provision Recruitment Ltd, located in colleges across the Midlands. As a Lecturer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and/or assessments to students. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- A relevant teaching qualification or significant experience in the education sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development and assessment practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
