The Business Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training materials for various subjects, including Leadership, Communication, Customer Service, HR, Personal Development, and Sales Skills
Key duties include conducting research on best practices, preparing courses, liaising with clients, evaluating training effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for repeat business
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in training design and delivery, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel, as the role requires 2-3 days of delivery per week on client premises throughout the UK, including overnight stays
A minimum of 5 years of experience in training, along with qualifications such as CIPD or NLP, is desirable
A clean driving license and the use of a personal vehicle for business purposes are also essential.
