Role Description
This is a adult hoc hybrid role for Associate Trainers at Chinara Enterprises.
This is a self employed role, and work is adhoc ,based on any contracts we get.
The associate Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assisting in curriculum design.
The contracts are across anywhere in the UK, some in person,
no hours are guaranteed, you will be self employed, responsible for your own tax and national insurance
Qualifications
- Training Facilitation, Curriculum Development, and Training Evaluation skills
- Knowledge of Learning and Development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in workforce development or organisational development is a plus
- Social work qualification and registration with social work england or Occupational therapists, registered nurses, mental health practitioners
