MullenLowe are looking for 3 talented individuals to join their crew for the next iteration of our apprenticeship scheme.
Our paid scheme will start March 2025 and will last 18 months with a potential permanent role at the end of it.

Who we're looking for
You don't need to have any past experience in Advertising or Communications. You just need a real passion for the industry so you can learn and thrive within our agency.
What does the ship involve?
During your time on board the Ship, you will get real life practical experience working within one of our teams.
You will spend four days a week working in a specific role and one day studying for an apprenticeship standard qualification which compliments the relevant team you are working within.
On top of gaining a formal qualification (and getting paid for it) you will get access to a range of additional training, mentoring and working together as an apprenticeship cohort on an exciting agency wide project.
The Roles
We are recruiting across three different roles. Each have unique qualities, require different skills and serve the agency in a variety of ways.
Content Creative
This is a great opportunity for an inquisitive and unflappable individual to join the creative department at MullenLowe as an essential support to the team.
Working under the guidance of the creative team, you will use your social media expertise to create social content starting with internal comms with the ambition to create client content. This could include contributing to the agency’s social media channels including social posts, or behind the scenes content across both stills and moving image. You will also have the opportunity to support our creative teams on a range of client projects.
Strategy
As Strategists, we're curious by nature—always digging deep into diverse topics to understand the audience we're targeting. This research sparks creativity and drives the strategy behind every brief.
The Ship Strategy Apprenticeship is your chance to learn, grow, and tackle exciting challenges. You'll gain hands-on experience, fast-track your career, and have mentors to guide you along the way.
Account Management
We rely on you for the business to run smoothly - the smallest things you do make the biggest difference to the amazing work we create.
The Account Management Apprentices are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of client accounts within the Agency. You are the lynch pin of the Account Management team. Without you, meetings wouldn’t happen, finance trackers would be a mess, and we'd be sat on the end of an empty phone-line with no call details. You will be learning on the job while studying for the Level 3 Advertising and Media executive apprenticeship standard.
