Oldham College is seeking a dynamic Programme Leader for T-Levels to lead the development and delivery of an innovative Construction curriculum that meets the needs of students, employers, and the regional economy.
The Role
As Programme Leader, you will:
- Build and deliver a responsive T-Level offer for the Construction sector.
- Foster a culture of creativity, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Forge strong partnerships with employers to ensure industry-relevant education.
- Oversee curriculum design, quality assurance, and programme performance.
- Provide exceptional service to students, stakeholders, and employers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain employer partnerships to support curriculum and work placements.
- Collaborate with teams to recruit, retain, and progress learners successfully.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to shape forward-thinking programmes.
- Manage staff performance, budgets, and quality standards to drive success.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with standards.
