Learning & Development Administrator
Salary: £21,840
Location: Southport/ Manchester/ Hybrid
Are you passionate about learning and development? We're looking for an enthusiastic L&D Administrator to support our dedicated Learning and Development team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in delivering a proactive and comprehensive L&D service across the business.
The L&D Administrator, will assist the L&D team in providing a proactive, professional, and comprehensive L&D service across the business. The role will combine general administrative duties, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and generally supporting the team to deliver objectives. This role involves a high degree of self-management and travel between the group offices will be required when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:
Learning & Development:
- Administration for development activities, including: sending out invitations, booking training remotely or in rooms, keeping track of attendance and updating registers.
- Administration involved in induction process and new starter communication
- Attendance of Induction and internal training events in a supporting/organising capacity
- Liaising with external training providers to source and book training
- Research and booking of external courses including notifying employees of course details
- Liaising with accounts for payment requests and keeping records up to date
- Support with apprentices and trainee coordination and record keeping
- Maintenance of relevant CPD records as required by the SRA
- Managing subscriptions
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by the L&D department
General:
- Support individuals with their development across the business
- Manage academy inbox
- Keep L&D reports up to date i.e. spending tracker and qualifications
- Track development plans, conversations and records on PeopleHR
- Attend external events on an ad hoc basis i.e. careers fairs
- Assist with the recruitment process for both legal and non-legal apprenticeships as required
- Attending meetings and taking notes
- To undertake ad hoc project work as and required
Learning Management System:
- Update The Knowledge Hub with new starters, relocations and leavers
- The Knowledge Hub reporting for departments as needed
- Weekly and monthly training reports and updates to management
- Adding training sessions and recordings onto The Knowledge Hub
- Regular review and maintenance of The Knowledge Hub courses

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to maintain discretion in confidential matters
- Previous generalist administration experience
- Previous customer service experience
