We have an opportunity within the People and Development team, where you will support with the co-ordination of the delivery of apprenticeships across the organisation, enabling a cohesive and joined up plan for all students and apprenticeship providers, ensuring that Sirona complies with any statutory and contractual obligations, as well as supporting the process to enable a good apprenticeship experience.
The Apprenticeships you’ll co-ordinate may be varied and will include the clinical, non-clinical, registered and unregistered workforce. The role will require close working with the Recruitment Team to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to apprentice recruitment.
Support with organising and administering a wide range of apprenticeships across the organisation, supporting the needs of the apprenticeship providers as well as ensuring capacity within operational services to support individuals appropriately.
Support work across the system to procure new apprenticeship providers and maintain up to date information and act as key point of contact for providers.
In conjunction with the relevant service leads and the Education and Student Development Manager, contribute to the development of the annual training plan and ensure delivery of appropriate training, mentoring and support.
Work closely with the Learning and Practice Development Leads to ensure local workforce plans include a wide range of apprenticeship opportunities, and support with expertise on different apprenticeship routes, providing advice and supported and ensuring a joined up process from the centre.
Ensure maintenance and development of the appropriate databases and apprentice data, and compliance with GDPR as appropriate.
Work with others to ensure that the apprenticeships are fit for purpose and provide a supportive learning environment.
Act as a key point of contact for apprentices, and set up networks and peer support groups as required to support the learner experience.
Write, review and modify plans as required, developing new actions as appropriate.
