Duties
- Be responsible for managing the overall delivery of the apprenticeship, to include, on site assessments, training and reviews.
- Be responsible for managing overall delivery of part time learners.
- Be responsible for the overall delivery of planning a master classes and online session.
- Be responsible for a caseload of candidates ensuring timely completion within agreed timescales appropriate for level and individual needs.
- To develop materials to enable you to provide appropriate and relevant guidance and training to learners enabling them to develop knowledge, understanding and skills and competence in the safe use of materials and equipment.
Skills/Experience
- Highly motivated professional with a range of industry experience and knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all ages and levels
Qualifications
- Minimum GCSE Grade 4 /C or Equivalent Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
- Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds craft/advanced craft in relevant subject.
Ideal Attributes
- Previous delivery practice experience or has supported apprentices in the workplace
- Excellent knowledge of recent initiatives in curriculum development & design
- ACS qualification
- Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds craft/advanced craft in relevant subject.
- Assessor and Moderator/IV Award
