Our Apprenticeships team are offering a 16 month apprenticeship to join them as an Apprenticeships Administrator while studying the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. In this apprenticeship, you will work with the Apprenticeship Administrator to provide administrative support to the managers and coordinators.
Within the Apprenticeships team, you will be learning a wide range of duties including; emrolment, finance, functional skills, quality and compliance, certification and general administration. You will provide support processing apprenticeship forms, record incentive payments on the Central Tracker and work with the Apprenticeships team to ensure all apprenticeship paperwork complies with ESFA funding regulations.
To apply for this role, you will need to have good Microsoft skills, excellent communication in all aspects and a willingness to learn. You must also not have any existing qualifications similar to this apprenticeship course.
This role will be starting in March 2025.
