Revive! UK are now looking for a Training Manager to facilitate and provide training to the Revive! Standard. The role will focus on the quality of training material, physical application and meeting the IMI standards. The role will be responsible for the training centre within Revive head office at Rugby, which will encompass all aspects of health and safety, process development and continuous improvement, though review of products and processes.
The role would suit someone who has the passion and experience in training to inspire others to reach their full potential while teaching new skills. Additionally, experience within the automotive repair sector is essential.
In order to be considered for this role you are required to hold the following qualifications –
- IMI Accreditation Cosmetic Repair Technician
- IMI Accredited Assessor Accident Repair Cosmetic – Senior Technician
Key Responsibilities
· Delivery of training programs ranging from 1 to 2 day courses to fast track 6 week programs
· Coaching and mentoring of trainees with regular documented feedback
· Continuous development of training material, products and processes
· Collaboration with key suppliers for training and support purposes
· Record keeping for IMI and internal training
· Delivery of IMI re-accreditation and full accreditation courses
· Delivery of technical training to new franchise owners
· Provide technical advice for the Revive! network
· Management of stock and equipment required for training
