Leadership and Management Skills Coach – Apprenticeships Inspire, coach, and support learners to succeed. up to £32k plus great benefits including 25days holiday plus bank hols, Healthcare, Support, CPD, mileage, IT Kit (Some Travel) Northwest, Yorkshire, East Midlands The Role As a Leadership and Management Skills Coach, you’ll teach, coach, and guide learners through their apprenticeship journey, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviors they need to succeed. Using a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, you’ll deliver engaging training, monitor progress, and support learners to achieve their goals, including preparation for End-Point Assessment (EPA). - Deliver engaging training aligned with apprenticeship standards
- Support learners in achieving English, Maths, and ICT functional skills at Level 2.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and visits to ensure development and success.
- Collaborate with line managers to provide learners with the guidance they need.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices.
- Promote safeguarding, British values, and learner well-being throughout the programme.
- Handle administration tasks and compliance within set deadlines. What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in your field + Assessor Award (D32/33 or TAQA) and/OR Teaching Certificate PTLLS/CTLLs/DTLLS/PGCE/Cert Ed
- Experience: Apprenticeship delivery, assessment, and knowledge of government-funded training ideally.
- Skills: Strong communication, IT proficiency, and the ability to motivate and guide learners.
