Apprenticeship Support Officer
Hayley, one of our team, is going on maternity leave in March this year, and we need someone to cover for her whilst she is away
This fixed term position requires someone who is people focussed, organised, and interested in helping support student nurses and their practices as the students work towards their apprenticeship.
It involves conducting three-way reviews with the candidates and their clinical supervisors or line managers on a 3 monthly cycle, completing formal review documents, and ensuring these are sent out and returned in a timely way
The role is full time, but there is some flexibility in that 2 days per week may be carried out from home. However, we would expect the successful applicant to still be a key member of the team at MYF Training, and be able to assist with other day to day activities taking place in the office.
The position would suit someone who may no longer wish to work in a clinical environment, but still wants to support people within the progression. It is open to anyone with knowledge and experience of either veterinary practice or of the apprenticeship sector (or both).
