Role Details:
- Position: Sports Coach / Teaching Assistant
- Location: Birkenhead
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Daily Rate: £110 per day
- Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Use sports and physical activities to engage and motivate students, helping to manage challenging behaviours.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop strategies for student support.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children, especially those with challenging behaviours, is beneficial.
- A background in sports coaching, teaching assistance, or related roles.
- Strong communication, patience, and adaptability.
- A proactive approach to promoting positive behaviour and well-being.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
