We are seeking a skilled and qualified NPORS and VQ Trainer/Assessor to join our team. This role is perfect for a professional with hands-on experience, reliability, and expertise in both training and assessing NPORS qualifications and VQs. Key Responsibilities
· Provide training and assessments for vocational qualification
- Conduct on-site training and assessments at client locations
- Conduct inductions and progress reviews for trainees, ensuring a supportive and effective learning environment
- Travel to various client sites as needed, with occasional work away from home or on weekends if required
Essential
- NPORS Instructor
- Assessor qualification
- Full UK driving license
- Proven track record in assessing Plant Operations and lifting-related qualifications
- IT literate, with the ability to use standard software for reporting and record-keeping
- Strong attention to detail when completing paperwork and documentation
- Good time management
Desirable
- IV/IQA qualification
- Teaching Qualification
