Due to continued growth within our department over the past 12 months, the Trafford and Stockport College Group (TSCG) is looking for an experienced Trainer Assessor to join our established Employment and Skills team. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success. In the last year alone, our team trained over 400 adults and successfully placed over 200 into employment.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to deliver employability training and a variety of Level 1 and 2 short courses to adults and support with outreach activities across Greater Manchester. In this role, you will engage with learners and employers across Greater Manchester, helping to meet local skills needs and supporting employers in achieving their recruitment goals. Experience in delivering intensive, low-level employability programmes is essential.
Additionally, experience working with referral partners, including DWP and learning hubs, is highly beneficial.
