Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Apprenticeship Administrator at IBIS Consultancy. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of apprenticeship programmes, coordinating with trainers and learners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Apprenticeship Administrator will also handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and support the overall success of the apprenticeship programmes.
Qualifications
- Strong Experience in apprenticeship programme administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in education and apprenticeships
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Experience in the education or training sector is a must
- Must have strong experience with APTEM application
- No working from home policy (work location is Maidstone Innovation Centre)
