Position: Teaching Assistant Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) - Flexible Travel
Salary: £29,400 - £33,600 (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a minimum of Level 5 qualification in Education (e.g. PGCE/CertEd/QTS etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Teacher or Teaching Assistant.
- Must possess at least Level 2 English and Maths / GCSE equivalents.
- Experience in delivering on-the-job training to staff is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan effectively.
- Confident and professional approach with the capability to inspire and motivate.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Flexibility for travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 5, along with Functional Skills to Level 2.
- Manage a caseload of learners and conduct both remote and face-to-face observations to gather evidence for their Apprenticeships.
- Efficiently manage your diary to ensure timely reviews and completions.
- Support learners throughout the End Point Assessment Process.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Advise and motivate learners while overcoming barriers to learning.
- Adapt delivery to meet the individual needs of learners.
- Meet Assessor KPIs regarding timely visits, reviews, learner progression, quality paperwork, and general administration.
