Job Title: Employability Skills Coach
Salary: Up to £29,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Location: Kent - Centre based
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging employability and personal development training services to individuals, both virtually and face-to-face.
- Assist clients with essential skills such as CV writing, job searching, interview techniques, and confidence building.
- Guide clients in making informed decisions about their future goals with tailored advice and guidance.
- Prepare and coach learners through their Employability programme from the enrolment/induction phase to completion.
- Utilize flexible delivery methods and adapt to the varying needs of learners to provide differentiated instruction.
- Inspire and motivate learners through exciting and interactive training sessions.
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognized Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET).
- Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate learners effectively.
- Demonstrate passion and energy in training clients towards employment goals.
- Confidence, tenacity, and ability to work independently are essential.
- Full, clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle required.
- Flexibility to travel to other sites across Kent as needed.
