As a competent leader and manager of a Site Services Team, you will oversee the delivery of quality services and client experience out in the field. You will be fully sector qualified with extensive technical knowledge and skills to enable you to manage effectively. A strong problem solver, with positive communication skills, delivering work effectively and efficiently. Be able to demonstrate leadership to support meeting team and organisational strategic goals.
Job Purpose
The Renewable Power Manager delivers a critical role in the efficient operation of the Renewable power division. Working with staff supporting the renewable power division, manage the day-to-day sales pipeline of renewable products to meet hire requirements, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance are maintained.
Responsibilities (see job description attached)
- Day to day review of sales pipeline to ensure that renewable products are available to meet hire requirements.
- Inspecting all renewable products going out on hire to ensure they meet the necessary standards of cleanliness and appearance and the correct accessories etc have been included. Ensuring service check sheets are completed and maintained.
- Manage all products returned from hire are inspected to ensure all damage (including graffiti, keys, or locks) is recorded. Issuing site damages to Depot Manager for authorisation and charging to customers. Ensuring customers are charged for all other services such as excess cleaning, damages etc.
- Ensuring all delivery / collection / exchange paperwork is correctly completed (including details of e-codes of assets) and filed. Raising requisitions for consumables and other items for the division including parts to repair assets and outsourced refurbishment.
- Ensuring the building / yard is maintained and always secured, all required designated areas are clearly marked and assets / parts are held / stored in the appropriate areas. Ensuring the works office and yard areas are maintained in tidy, clean and hazard free condition.
