Role Overview:
As a Rail Engineering Trainer, you will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to learners, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in rail engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions aligned to Rail Engineering standards.
Develop lesson plans and resources to support learners' progression.
Assess and evaluate learners' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of learner progress and compliance with awarding body standards.
Support learners in achieving their qualifications and career aspirations.
Requirements:
Hold a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, AET, or equivalent).
Full, UK driving license required.
A clean and current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Previous experience in rail engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
