A unique opportunity is available to join the Apprenticeship department at New College Durham and be part of the the Apprenticeship Funding, Compliance and Contracts Co-ordinator team.
The post is available on a part time basis (0.4054FTE) 15 hours per week. Working days and hours are flexible within normal working hours and will be agreed upon discussion.
The main purpose of the role is to produce financial Legal Apprenticeship Training Services Agreements for apprenticeship programmes, to manage the College’s Digital Account to instigate the process for obtaining apprenticeship funding either through levy payments, ESFA payments or by invoicing employers, to monitor ESFA monthly funding reports, to carry out eligibility checks, produce recalculation of funding for changes to learners programmes, validate starts, and monitor compliance during the learner journey by liaising with the Apprenticeship Liaison Officers Co-ordinators and Finance Team. Validating achievement claims and keeping the learners ILR updated throughout their programme.
