About the Role
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our dynamic Learning & Development team as Construction NVQ Assessors, with opportunities to incorporate training delivery and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) responsibilities based on your qualifications and experience.
In this role, you will assess and support learners pursuing National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) across various construction disciplines, ensuring they meet the required standards. Depending on your expertise, you may also deliver engaging training sessions and perform IQA activities to maintain the quality and consistency of our assessment processes.
Our innovative approach to training ensures that learners receive hands-on, industry-relevant knowledge that directly translates to their roles. Working closely with employers and learners, you will facilitate assessments on-site, in dedicated training environments, and through digital platforms, allowing flexibility while maintaining high industry standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Training Delivery:
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions in classroom or on-site environments, enhancing practical skills and industry knowledge.
Assessment:
- Evaluate learners' competencies against NVQ standards using a variety of assessment methods.

Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and maintain the consistency of assessments, ensuring they meet awarding body requirements.
- Support and mentor fellow assessors, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Learner Support:
- Offer guidance, feedback, and coaching to help learners achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of our training and assessment services.
What We're Looking For
We value a range of skills and experiences. You’ll be a great fit if you:
