Caretaker – Full-Time, PermanentLocation: Tunbridge WellsSalary: KR 5 (£24,040 – £25,002)Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to FridayAnnual Leave: 27 days holidayWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-respected secondary school, who are looking for a Caretaker to join their facilities team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, self-motivated individual with experience in building maintenance and site management to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the premises.Key Responsibilities:
Carry out cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs to keep the premises in top conditionEnsure the safety and security of the site, including key holder responsibilitiesSupport with site safety, such as fire alarm checks and emergency proceduresAssist with porterage and distributing supplies across the premisesMaintain external areas, ensuring paths and grounds are safe and presentableAdhere to Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH and fire safety protocolsShift Patterns:
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM7:30 AM – 3:30 PM11:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Shift patterns will rotate weekly, with a 30-minute lunch break)Overtime opportunities are available and paid at the appropriate rate.What We’re Looking For:
