Day to day duties of the ro
- leTutorship of students, coordinating their individualised programme of study ensuring high attendance and retention as well as positive progression and outcome

Plan and review individual study programmes ensuring all aspects of provision and support specified within a student’s Education Health and Care Plan is in place and the progress is effectively tracked and monitor
- ed.
Develop and deliver high quality innovative teaching, learning and assessment on a range of Pre-vocational Entry Level program
- mes.
Implement and evidence the achievement of students against the RAPPRA framework for all non-accredited lear
n
ing. Required skills and qualifica
- tionsA degree that is appropriate to the work or a relevant qualifica
- tion.
Relevant and successful teaching experience of PSD, Independent Living and Functional Skills with Foundation Learning Stu
- dents.
Knowledge and experience of current teaching and learning strategies in relation to students with complex barriers to learning including emotional and behavioural difficulties and/o
- r SEND.
Knowledge and understanding of the delivery of Foundation L
earning.
