you will do this by |
being the owner + guardian of our leadership framework ensuring all our leadership development interventions + tools across wagamama are aligned to our direction of travel
designing + delivering highly impactful and experiential leadership development interventions for all senior leaders within our business while owning the effective roll out of our leadership tools (insights discovery, 360s, leading with love toolkit etc) that give our leaders the skills, knowledge + behaviours + mindset to lead with love
partnering brilliantly with our senior learning specialist by co designing + co delivering career pathway development programmes for our fab 4 leadership population + being a key player in our l+d centre of excellence to ensure learning + development and leadership development work brilliantly together
accountabilities |
- designing + facilitating highly impactful experiential leadership development programmes for senior leaders through to area managers (c.60 leaders) to support them to reach their full potential
- owning the end to end learning experience journey of area managers + senior leaders to ensure our impact is not just through programme delivery but heightened through 70 % experience | 20% exposure | 10% expertise development touch points so the learning is fully embedded
- partnering brilliantly with our senior l+d specialist to co design + facilitate career pathway programmes for our restaurant leadership teams we call fab4 (gm, agm, head chefs, snr sous chefs) + being a key player in our l+d centre of excellence to ensure learning + development and leadership development work brilliantly together
- leading on the effective running + embedding of insights discovery profiling tool with a view to positively impact on our leaders’ self awareness journey
- leading on the design + launch + roll out of our leadership toolkit on sodatsu (our learning platform) which will give our leaders the tools to lead with love; working with the l+d team to ensure it always remains relevant and up to date
- acting as a trusted advisor to people business partners, providing guidance on how to enhance leadership capabilities while driving a learning culture where our leaders own their own development and support with adhoc request as required
- working in partnership with our l+d centre of excellence to ensure that programmes are mapped across the year to maximise impact + resource allocation for best results
- leading on how we grow brilliant kaizen leaders across all leading with love communication touchpoints (e.g. mid year and end of quarter reviews + senior leaders meetings + conference etc)
- collaborating with our learning design team, to ensure that our leadership materials + content are in line with our learning brand
- partnering with our kaizen culture lead to ensure we are inclusive by design for all leadership development interventions and partnering together with whitl so we maximise spaces on whitl inclusion leadership programmes
what we look for |
facilitation and training skills
- strong track record of delivering highly engaging, high-impact, experiential workshops and leadership programmes, with a strong expertise across a blended learning model
programme design, management + evaluation
- exceptional leadership design skills for mid to senior-level audiences
- ability to align leadership programmes with organisational goals and culture
- effectively rolling out leadership programmes from its inception through to roll out and follow up, making it an impactful end to end journey
- proficient in using data and metrics to assess programme impact
critical thinking and problem solving
- analytical mindset to diagnose challenges and quickly + impactfully develop innovative solutions
