To work as part of a team to provide administrative support predominantly to the Business Development function of the Apprenticeship team.
This role will work as an integral part of the Business team in Apprenticeships, ensuring all employer due diligence is completed and paperwork is up to date and accurate for ESFA auditing purposes and to ensure funding is protected.
The post holder will be involved in all business development activities, including webinars, networking days, open days and inductions as well as employer site visits.
This post will be an integral part of the Business Development team in Apprenticeships. The primary role of the post holder will be to ensure the administrative side of the business development function is compliant with all ESFA requirements, aswell as being a key link in employer liaison with the University.
The role will ensure all funding accounts are set up in advance of student induction dates, ensure contracts are in place, collection of due diligence documentation for all employers and support in the recruitment of students to the Apprenticeship provision.
The post holder will need to be organised, have excellent customer service skills, good written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and good IT skills to be successful in this role. They will need to be comfortable on the telephone and in the use of emails, as well as the desire to learn networking and presentation skills to be able to support the business function.
