We are looking for a passionate and experienced EDI Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to a wide range of clients. You will support organisations in understanding, implementing, and embedding EDI principles into their culture and operations.
- Alongside a strong general background in EDI. We are specifically seeking someone with a specialism in Race Awareness and Anti-Racism.

Core Role Functions
- A person who can deliver full training sessions and deliver our interactive programmes, which includes (but not limited to) EDI, Race and anti-racism in the Workplace, Unconscious Bias, Cross Cultural Communications, Microaggressions Training and much more.
- Deliver training both virtually and face-to-face: via Microsoft Teams or Zoom (tech competence is an important requirement).
- Create digital content in the form of blogs.
- Adapt training programme design to maintain a memorable online delegate experience.
- Deliver face-to-face at client premises UK-wide and internationally (overnight stays are required).
- Work closely to develop sales and consult with clients regarding their EDI training, and strategy in order to scope tailormade solutions.
- To contact and follow up with new, prospective, and existing clients using online client relationship management systems.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will have to:
- Demonstrate they Has proven experience in designing and delivering EDI training, with a specialism in Race Awareness, Anti-Racism or Culture Competency training.
- Deliver full-day training programmes
- Be willing to travel regularly across the UK and internationally
- Create creative and engaging learning solutions.
- Be involved in business development, client account management and networking.
- Create and deliver interactive training materials (from a blank sheet of paper) that smash the ‘diversity & inclusion training is boring’ myth out of the park!
- Write proposals that outline client solutions.
- Remain self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiently use computer technology which includes Microsoft Office programs and email servers.
- Data collation and analysis
- Must be able to clearly demonstrate they have at least 2 years’ experience in delivering training to employees.
- Must be allowed to work in the UK legally.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- A background in HR, organisational development, or consultancy.
- Relevant EDI certifications or qualifications (e.g., CIPD Level 5 in Diversity & Inclusion).
- Experience working with underrepresented groups or championing social justice initiatives.
- Drive (Not required but preferable )
- Proficiency in using Apple products (Not required by preferable)

Pay & Salary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
