Salary: £36,400
Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (52 weeks) - potential for permanent position
Essential Criteria:
- Must have substantial occupational competency as a Vehicle Mechanic.
- Experience with HGV is desirable but not mandatory.
- Hold a recognised qualification in Motor Mechanics at Level 3 or above.
- An understanding of Apprenticeship programmes is a plus.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:
- Assess and mentor learners pursuing Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship Standards to Level 3.
- Efficiently manage your diary to ensure timely visits and reviews.
- Organise and maintain documentation regarding learners' progress.
- Support, advise, and motivate learners effectively.
- Address learning barriers and adapt delivery methods to meet individual learner needs.
- Meet Assessor KPIs regarding timely visits, documentation quality, and administration tasks.

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan time effectively.
- Confident and professional, with the capacity to inspire and motivate learners.
