FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are on the hunt for a Hospitality Coach to join a leading End Point Assessment Organisation to support employers & learners completing their Back Of House Apprenticeship.
We are looking for an experienced & proactive BOH Hospitality Skills Coach to move into an EPA role, reviewing learners completing their Hospitality Apprenticeship. The successful candidate will be responsible of completing EPA reviews remotely & face to face.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
– To carry out effective reviews & End Point Assessments with learners and employers.
– To conduct regular reviews of progress with learners and line managers.
– To plan and deliver appropriate feedback to learners during & on completion of their EPA.
– To assess evidence and work submitted by learners and provide feedback.
– To provide regular updates on learner progress on completion of EPA.
– To maintain accurate and timely records of assessment, feedback, progress and reviews.
– To attend and take part in regular standardisation of practice and maintain currency of own expertise via regular CPD.
Candidate Requirements
– Prior experience/ competence working within the Hospitality Industry, with a Back of House Competency- Essential
– Qualifications- assessor OR teaching qualifications: A1, CAVA, TAQA, AET, PTTLS- desirable
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, management information systems (CRM, LMS & EPA Systems)
