Bobby Moore Academy is seeking a Boxing Coach to work with the Sports Enrichment team in the launch of a new boxing club.

About The Role
The role will be on a casual basis, 2 hours per session, for an initial 2 sessions per week; up to Easter 2025. There is the possibility that this role may be extended.
- Plan and deliver quality coaching sessions and activities that are age and ability appropriate.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents.
- Look after and maintain the boxing arena and equipment used.
- Aim to increase the number of regular club attendees.
- Be responsible for the welfare and health and safety of the participants and report any concerns or breaches of guidelines or behaviour to the appropriate person.

Who We Are Looking For
- Experience of coaching boxing to a good standard.
- Ability to effectively plan and organise sessions and manage time.
- First aid trained, or willingness to undergo training.
- Up to date with rules and coaching methods.
- Desire to inspire and motivate young people.
- Support a performance culture which is underpinned by clear values and beliefs that support and develop others.
- Uphold a professional attitude and act as a role model for others to follow.
