Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver structured IT training courses, including induction programs for new staff.
- Create clear and concise training materials, including user guides and help sheets, to support IT literacy across the firm.
- Provide hands-on support and coaching for staff using legal software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Assist the IT support team in resolving user queries related to software applications and digital workflows.
- Stay up to date with technology trends and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency within the firm.
About You:
- Proven experience in IT training, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of legal software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train users of varying technical abilities.
