Pay Rate: £140 per full-day / £70 per half-day
We are looking for Casual Trainers to deliver First Aid at Work and Fire Marshal training. This is an incredible opportunity to share your skills and make a meaningful difference by equipping learners to respond effectively in emergencies.
About the Role:
As a Casual Trainer, you will conduct engaging and impactful training sessions for professionals across diverse sectors such as healthcare, utilities, and public services. More than just teaching, you’ll be empowering individuals to create positive change in their workplaces and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver First Aid at Work (1-day courses) and Fire Marshal training (half-day courses) using a structured curriculum.
- Create an interactive atmosphere that fosters hands-on learning.
- Ensure all training meets required standards and aligns with organizational methods.
- Assess training venues for risks dynamically.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation and assessments.

What You Will Need:
- Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development or equivalent (e.g. AET, PTLLS).
- Assessing qualification (Assessing vocationally related assessments - AVRA) or equivalent (e.g. AVRA, CAVA, ACWE, A1 D32/33).
- Documented experience in delivering First Aid and/or Health & Safety training.
- A full driving licence and a vehicle for traveling to training venues.
- Capability to perform CPR on a manikin on the floor.
