Learning and Development Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our dynamic team and help drive the growth and development of our Contact Centres, Business, and Specialist areas across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering L&D interventions across all sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Training Delivery: Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and on-the-job training for colleagues in all departments, from induction to upskilling.
- Content Design: Develop engaging, impactful training content that supports the needs of the business and reflects current processes and procedures.
- Coaching: Provide coaching interventions and feedback to help colleagues develop essential skills and achieve key performance indicators.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning requirements and contribute to projects that require learning interventions.
- Business Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest products, processes, and procedures to ensure your training material is always relevant.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to DPA, FCA, and other regulatory requirements as part of your training and development initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Work within a robust Quality Assurance framework to maintain high training standards and measurable results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You’ll need a solid background in a regulated Financial Services Contact Centre environment, with proven success in training delivery and coaching.
- Skillset: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), plus experience with training platforms and Learning Management Systems.
- Adaptability: A hands-on, energetic approach with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced, evolving needs of our business.
- Travel Flexibility: This role requires travel across sites nationwide (and potentially internationally), so flexibility is a must.
- Passion for Development: You should have a passion for developing both yourself and others, with a track record of creating positive, professional training environments.
- Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Professional Certifications: CIPD or equivalent certification in Training or Learning & Development would be an advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within the Financial Services or Insurance industry is beneficial, but not essential.
