Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Programme Tutor for a temporary, full-time role to join our growing apprenticeship and higher education team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes across Management, HR, Finance, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, and more.
As a Programme Tutor, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, providing training and assessment to ensure they are fully prepared for their End Point Assessment. You'll be expected to work independently, manage your own schedule, and travel to various employer premises across the East of England. Flexibility and strong organisational skills are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver apprenticeship training across a range of subjects
- Support learners with their Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours development
- Manage a caseload and track learner progress
- Work closely with the Programme Lead and Head of Department
- Travel to employer sites across the East of England
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Business and Management, ideally with a Level 3 qualification or higher
- HR experience is desirable but not essential
- Education or training experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided
