This organisation is looking for a Learning and Development Advisor, responsible for their Early Careers employees where you will be responsible for shaping the learning and development journey of their trainees. What is the role

Developing and implementing study plans in collaboration with managers and partners, ensuring study policies are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
Providing guidance on apprenticeship onboarding and qualification pathways, delivering study-related sessions during trainee inductions.
Working with the Team Lead and business stakeholders to improve the Trainee Development Programme and enhance learning initiatives.
Managing professional qualifications alongside trainee progress, supporting exam resits or alternative study pathways, and utilising the Apprenticeship levy.
Coordinating programmes contributing to budget planning and maintain L&D student resources, including intranet content.
Overseeing the student results day process, provide study plan and exam outcome advice, and serving as a key contact for trainees on study and qualification queries.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external training providers while working with the Diversity & Inclusion team to promote fair and inclusive trainee experiences.
Collaborating with the wider HR function to ensure a holistic service, supporting the Early Careers recruitment team during peak times as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

You must have Experience in Learning & Development for Early Talent populations within Accountancy or Consultancy
Strong knowledge of Accountancy qualifications, apprenticeships, and early careers development.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships from junior trainees to senior stakeholders
