FIND is excited to collaborate with a leading training and apprenticeships provider in search of a passionate, knowledgeable, and results-driven Internal Quality Assurer (IQA).
The successful candidate will primarily work at the office three days a week and will enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Mondays and Fridays, focusing on quality assurance for Sales and Management Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
With over 25 years of exceptional experience, our client has empowered numerous renowned B2B organizations across the UK to enhance their continuous professional development through commercial training and Sales and Management focused Apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that our apprenticeship programs provide the highest possible standard of experience for both learners and employers.
- Maintain quality assurance in alignment with educational standards outlined by Ofsted, The ESFA, relevant awarding organizations, and other professional bodies.
- Foster a culture of quality improvement and champion initiatives that enhance quality across all areas of the organization.
- Design and implement effective IQA systems and processes that lead to successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to elevating standards in the sales profession and hold extensive expertise in B2B sales, with familiarity in the knowledge, skills, and behaviors (KSBs) of the Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship standard.
Qualifications and Skills

- Possess A1 & V1 or equivalent qualifications.
- Hold CTLLS / Cert Ed / PGCE or equivalent, or be willing to pursue these qualifications (desired).
- Demonstrable vocational competence in sales.
- Experience in the internal verification of Apprenticeship Standards is essential.
