We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our vibrant team at our Leicester campus.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess student work effectively, ensuring all learning outcomes are achieved.
- Continuously improve course materials to enhance student engagement.
- Provide comprehensive teaching, marking, assessment, and feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet organizational and statutory requirements.
- Engage with partner organizations to support diverse activities.
- Lead modules and participate in related activities.
- Adapt to varying levels of student needs and organizational demands.
Essential Requirements:
- Master's degree in Health & Social Care or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of teaching experience in the UK.
- PGCert/Fellowship in FHCA status is highly desirable.
- A passion for delivering quality education and a record of innovating program development.
- Experience in supervising student work and providing constructive feedback.
- Ability to assess and mark student submissions effectively.
- Experience collaborating with professional services to enhance student learning.
- Desirable: Experience in course and module leadership.
- Proficient in using diverse technologies for teaching and learning.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Regular working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM on-site.
- Occasional travel required for activities and collaborations.
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Incentives of up to £5,000 annually, pro-rata, based on quarterly KPI achievements after a successful probation period.
- Annual 3% salary increase on completion of service and KPI achievements.
