To provide administration support to the People Development function.
The post will include administration and co-ordination support for the Corporate Induction Programme as well as the Trust's apprenticeship and widening participation agenda.
- Liaising with stakeholders and staff regarding relevant events and sessions.
- Plan, promote learning and development courses (both internal staff and external applicants) by attending events and information, advice and guidance sessions.
- Liaise with managers to provide support to successfully on-board staff onto apprenticeships, work experience placements and widening participation programmes.
- Be central point of contact for training providers, external assessors and tutors in relation to learner progress and to support when necessary, evaluating programmes through to completion.
- Assist colleges, universities and training providers in developing, implementing and delivering information sessions either on site/online or at training providers’ premises.
- Preparing materials, handouts etc for events and sessions, including promotional materials
- Act as a point of contact for work experience and widening participation applicants whilst on programme in line with organisational need and regulatory requirements, escalating to L&D team leader if required.
